Season 2024/2025 will start with two amazing debuts, both at the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe: Thirza in Ethel Smyth’s opera “The Wreckers” followed by Santuzza in Mascagni’s Verismo-masterpiece “Cavalleria Rusticana”. A big dream is about to come true as Dorothea gets to present herself at the Finnish National Opera in Helsinki, embodying Eboli in Verdi’s Don Carlo. Afterwards Dorothea will reprise the role of Amneris in Verdi’s Aida in Karlsruhe.
